Prices & scope
Website prices are indicative estimates, not a binding offer or purchase. The per-m² calculation includes modular flooring and indicative transport for projects of approximately 100 m². Equipment, installation and base preparation are quoted separately. Prices are shown excluding VAT and including 21% Spanish VAT. The final proposal specifies the destination, applicable tax, scope and schedule. No payments are collected on this website.
Replacement cover and conditions
NEXFU M, S.L. provides this additional cover for modular flooring it supplies to its European project destinations. It lasts 12 months from delivery and covers damage other than deliberate damage. Replacement of affected modules is free to the customer, including the necessary transport. This offer concerns flooring; equipment has its own applicable terms.
Email us your order or project reference and photos of the affected modules. We identify the model and arrange the covered replacement at no charge. We confirm the delivery arrangements with you; no local stock or immediate dispatch is promised. heylomapro@gmail.com
This commercial promise is additional to statutory remedies. Consumers retain their free legal remedies for lack of conformity. In Spain, the statutory period for lack of conformity of new goods is three years from delivery. Other mandatory rights applicable to the purchase remain unaffected.

We collect your name, email address, project location, space type, area and the details you choose to share to respond to your request, prepare a proposal and manage related conversations. The legal basis is taking pre-contractual steps at your request. Required fields let us respond and understand your project.
We do not automatically add your details to advertising campaigns. Information is retained while your request is managed and, where applicable, for legally required periods. Access is limited to authorised personnel and necessary hosting and communications providers. This website uses OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure; we do not claim all data is hosted exclusively in the European Union. Where international transfers apply, the safeguards required by data protection law must be used.
You can request access, correction, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, where applicable, by writing to heylomapro@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos.
